Frequently asked questions
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. You get one digital card with a QR code and shareable link, and it never expires. No card details are needed.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
You can upgrade any time from your dashboard. If a paid plan ends and you do not renew, your account moves to the Free plan: your oldest card stays live and the rest are paused, not deleted. You can switch them back on after you upgrade again.
What happens to my cards if my plan expires?
Nothing is deleted. Your oldest card stays active on the Free plan and the others are paused. Upgrade again and switch them back on whenever you like.
Do you sell NFC cards?
Yes. NFC cards are ordered separately from your dashboard and link to your digital card, so you can change your details without reprinting.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Online payments through our payment partners. Every payment is verified on our servers before your plan is activated.
I already have the Standard plan. What happens to it?
Nothing changes. Existing Standard subscribers keep their plan, limits and renewal terms exactly as before.
